Shipping rates vary by order destination and amount.

Shipping takes a maximum of 10 days between your order confirmation and delivery. Most often, it takes only a few days.

Note that for payments by cheque, your order is confirmed when we receive your cheque at Cousins and co, rue des Alouettes FR-37240 Manthelan. Please add the order N°.

All parcels are shipped by La Poste or by carrier. La case de cousin paul shall not be held liable for any shipping delays.

The basic service through La poste is Colissimo.

- Your pick-up point (a participating shop or business near you)

- Colissimo service guarantees delivery in 48 hours*and you can track your parcel on the Colissimo website.

As soon as the order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email with the  tracking number. It allows you to track the delivery of the parcel on the site www.colissimo.fr
